The customer retained Embassy Construction, LLC, to demo existing exterior decking on three sides of this two-family home in Dubuque, Iowa. We replaced the current stair systems and three decks and brought them to code. The new overhead bulkhead door to the basement was framed and fabricated with T-111 Plywood siding with a rough-sawn textured face for a beautiful rustic appearance. The new deck support systems were built with pressure-treated lumber. The stairs, deck boards, and rail systems were built with Fiberon composite lumber.
