The client retained us to complete a major home renovation before their September 2019 relocation to Dubuque, Iowa. The priority was to design, demo, and install a new kitchen and pantry, remove all existing tile flooring throughout the first floor and install new wood flooring and custom-built radiator covers. Their unique modern kitchen features custom quartz countertops, an under-mount sink, a breakfast bar, and custom crown moldings.

The kitchen was gutted down to the cinder block walls, new drywall installed, ceilings repaired, smoothed out and painted. New lighting fixtures and additional outlets installed throughout the first floor, all new kitchen and laundry appliances installed, all walls painted & ceilings on the first floor were painted. Additionally, a new custom shelving built, stained, and finished with polyurethane in a vacant opening adjacent to the fireplace. A matching “counter shelf” on the built-in unit in the living room was constructed. The kitchen features custom quartz countertops, an under-mount sink, a breakfast bar, and custom crown moldings.

As in all of our projects, we retained a professional cleaning company to handle the final cleanup.
