This older home was built in 1913 and is situated one of the many bluffs that Dubuque is renowned. When the Veteran who owns this home called with an immediate need, we could not say no. The ramp took us a little more than two days to complete due to blistering heat and torrential rains. It was our pleasure to serve and support this man and his family.
