This 12-room home was built in 1932 with six bedrooms, a finished attic, and an enclosed 196-square-foot porch. Our client retained us to remove all the wood sidings from the roof line to the concrete supports. Although the home's interior remained in excellent condition, the outer shell and underlying wood had decayed and required replacement. The front porch was removed, and a new treated sub-structure was built to support a new "open porch" with a black rod-iron handrail system complete with all accessories.
