These homeowners have a gorgeous home in Black Forest Reserve, but the existing deck was a little outdated. They contacted us to discussing designing and building a larger, composite deck. After a thorough review of available decking materials, they chose to use Deckorators Vista Ironwood for the decking, divider boards, end boards, and railing drink cap. We installed a Fortress Fe26 Traditional powder-coated steel deck railing with flat pyramid post caps. Under the main part of the deck, our customers added 246 SF of metal panel under-deck drainage system. This innovative addition not only enhances the functionality of the deck, but creates a new outdoor living space below the deck.
