Our clients reached out to us to remove their two elevated composite decks and replace them with new, modern composite decks, aiming to create the outdoor oasis of their dreams. The decks overlook the stunning mountains west of Colorado Springs, and maximizing enjoyment of that view in a relaxing atmosphere was their top priority.
Together, we designed a larger lower deck to provide the homeowners with the outdoor living space they desired for relaxation and entertaining. After considering the available options, they chose Fiberon Sanctuary Moringa decking, featuring a double-board picture frame border in Fiberon Sanctuary Espresso. The railing system is a Fortress Fe26 Traditional powder-coated system, complete with a drink cap in Moringa and a gate at the top of the stairs on the lower deck. We also installed HighPoint Deck Lighting Philuminator mini-clear lights on the railing posts.
