Front porches are a great place to relax with family and friends. The renovation of this porch added architectural dimension and character to the house while becoming an integral gathering space.

In keeping with our client's “authentically relaxed” style, we incorporated a design aesthetic of mixing real antique barn posts and weathered siding with low maintenance TimberTech decking, Boral trims, and a standing seam metal roof. To ensure maximum use through the seasons, we added an in-ceiling, infrared heater for cool fall evenings and a ceiling fan for hot summer days. The swinging bed is a fun addition to the space.
