Our La Cañada studio approached the front rooms of this house with lively energy as we were eager to explore a bold and playful vision. The entry features a modern take on the pedestal table, which is grounded by a colorfully vibrant rug. The house flaunts several bold colors. A pair of french doors lead to the office where a central, floating desk offers views back through the entry to the living room beyond. The office’s bright, patterned rug and moody walls suggest a workspace that’s at once serious and lively. The same kind of vibrant fabrics and unexpected accents are found in the living room, which flaunts artfully-chosen furnishings.
