This project involved the transformation of a dated 1940’s ranch into a contemporary home for single-floor living. The interior was gutted and reconfigured to create a spacious layout and a comfortable flow. An integral family room/kitchen was added, opening views to conservation land, while a guest suite was created on the second floor. On the exterior, painted brick was replaced with cedar siding, and new entrances were designed for the front door and garage.
