Our clients wanted us to turn an existing galley kitchen, eating area, and side entry into a traditional kitchen with a generous island, a window seat, and soothing finishes. We opened up views to the exterior, removed faux beams, and added crown moldings to make the ceiling appear higher. We relocated the laundry from the side entry to the basement, and created a scullery that now serves as an extension of the kitchen and a natural transition to the formal entry hall.
