This three-month project consisted of a complete renovation including removing all plaster walls and remedying all existing knob and tube wiring for an electrical update. This complete renovation package required all Troico hands on-deck, involving a Troico Home Solutions interior designer and general contractors, as well as the Troico Manufacturing millwork team.

Brand-new pot lights, ceiling, drywall and a Nuheat floor heating system were installed after upgrading both the existing plumbing and electrical. A high-end appliance package was installed that consisted of AEG appliances, a Libeher refrigerator with custom panels, a Pearls Sink faucet and matching stainless steel apron sink, LG quartz countertops and a custom glass backsplash. As a Rev-A-Shelf dealer, Troico also installed a unique cabinet organization system. Custom millwork created for this stunning renovation included solid maple shaker doors hand-sprayed with a white finish. The renovation was completed with a custom bench & cushion set, and custom lamp shades to match fabrics.
