For this modern full home renovation, the client converted a 2 bed, 2 bath 2000 sq. ft. home into a 2 bed, 3 bath + den. A custom millwork package was installed throughout the home including the kitchen, three bathrooms, media center, den, and wine bar.

The focus point of the open kitchen is the modern walnut cabinetry and white painted hand sprayed high gloss lowers. The backsplash was hand painted white and installed in sheets. For the three bathrooms, the cabinetry is both walnut and dark-stained maple with custom-built medicine chests. The countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms are Caesarstone and Bordignon, while the media centre uses walnut cabinets and Caesarstone fireplace ledging.
