Backyard Oasis
Our fifth 2016 LCA Grand Award winning project in McLean, Virginia.
The landscape design for this residence included over a half acre of hardscape and planting improvements to the backyard. A naturalistic design teeming with large boulders and flagstone features spilling waterfalls, winding paths, outdoor dining, and a pool and spa.
SPECIAL OR UNIQUE PROBLEMS
A significant drop in grade posed a grading, design, and construction challenge. Outdoor spaces and paths wind down over 20’ from one end of the design to the other.
