This 2012 Grand Award winning project in Avenel encompassed a complete renovation of the backyard living environment. We updated the surrounding swimming pool environment and constructed a kiddie pool in which the water exits and flows over a boulder waterfall into the main pool below. There is a spa situated adjacent to the waterfall as well. Also, we designed and constructed an addition on the back of the house. The addition includes a full wet bar, kitchen, fireplace, and sitting area with folding patio doors that allow the inside to seamlessly flow outside.
