One of our 2016 LCA Grand Award winning projects in Darnestown, Maryland.

The project consisted of an rear yard outdoor entertainment area with the following elements:
-A new screened porch with built in fireplace.
-A new deck with built in spa and pergola above.
-A new masonry grill and bar.
-New swimming pool with sunshelf and waterfalls.
-Multiple patio areas for gatherings.
-Beautiful landscaping and lighting.
-We also did underground work related to the septic, irrigation, and drainage systems.

The lot has some gradient challenges related to locating the pool and patios close to the home. The topography had to be skillfully sloped in order to do the project within the specified budgetary constraints. Additionally, some of the septic system of the home had to be moved due to its location and proximity to the pool area.
