This 2009 Grand Award winning project was truly a unique creation for us. Challenged with an aggressive slope and serious drainage issues, landscape architect Howard Cohen transformed this site into a tropical-style retreat. Features include a boulder fireplace, cedar gate and arbor, elaborate stairways, retaining walls, deck, spa, waterfalls, and pool environment. The tiki hut houses a full outdoor kitchen and bar.
