The landscape design for this family’s 6,700 square foot home includes two acres of hardscape and planting improvements to the entire property. The 850 square foot contemporary design pool house is surrounded by a large area of terraced travertine deck space complete with pool, spa, and custom stone bar and grill. Other property amenities include a vegetable garden with custom garden fence enclosure and full-size basketball court.
SPECIAL OR UNIQUE PROBLEMS
The project was phased in two separate parts for the front and backyard with a quick turn-around requirement for the second phase backyard. Schedule constraints were fulfilled with the construction completion in under a 4 ½ month period.
