This completely custom home and landscape environment took three years to construct. Architectural elements of the pool house match the home to create seamlessly integrated outdoor and indoor environments. Three stormwater management facilities are blended into the landscape to handle all of the runoff onsite. Landscape lighting and an outdoor stereo are integrated in the landscape. The driveway features a pavered entrance and parking area, with a pavered bordered throughout. A custom cedar trellis invites guests through the custom Azek gate. Hartstone concrete tile was used to mimic the look of travertine, with improved durability and custom sizing for stair treads, spa coping, and pool coping. Over 10,000 bulbs were planted to add vibrant spring color.
