An addition balances out the facade of this compact home and adds a family room, mudroom, powder room and bedroom, plus a sheltered outdoor space. We also wrapped the existing house with insulation and re-sided it to match the addition. A new ERV (energy recovery ventilator) provides healthy, tempered outdoor air to the much tighter living area.
