This 1950’s bi-level had seen better days. Previous owners had added vinyl siding and turned the lower level into a rental unit. The current owners wanted to update the home to be more comfortable and add curb appeal. Our remodel answered that call with style. We added continuous insulation (recycled polyiso), a rain screen and new (carbon sequestering) LP siding in a custom teal color, and installed triple glazed windows. Then we added a new front door and a snazzy new entry stair with a chartreuse roof.
