To provide space for this growing family we designed a 3/4 bathroom with spa like feel in the basement of this Ballard home. Slate tile with river rock inlays cover the concrete slab and walk-in shower. Classic fixtures complement the history of the house. A laundry area is hidden in the bathroom with a triple sliding pocket door to keep the clean lines of the bathroom intact.
