This whole house retrofit was driven by 2 main criteria, create an up to date kitchen which opens into the dining area and create a master bathroom to be attached to the current master bedroom, all the while keeping the traditional feel of this 1920’s home. The kitchen boasts custom cherry wood cabinets with Carrera marble countertops, porcelain tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink, an island with a microwave drawer, and overhanging pendant lights. The master bathroom got an overhaul by adding a custom vanity with marble countertop, marble tile backsplash, a drop in cast iron tub, and a custom tile and glass shower enclosure.
