This condo is very natural looking and has raw exposed concrete floors, walls, ceilings, and expressed systems. This palette gave a coolness to the unit that the owners desired to warm up with new finishes and fixtures. Mahogany cabinetry in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom did just the trick. Functionality in the bathroom was improved with a new shower set up, vanity, and linen cabinetry.
