PRIMARY BATHROOM VANITY AND TUB
Intersecting eras: Contemporary fixtures and wall tile, integrate seamlessly with a claw foot tub and old-world faux cement porcelain tile. The large shower with a clear frameless enclosure, has a rain head and bench seat. The hardware and plumbing fixtures are matte black.

The LED mirror has a stylish appearance, functional illumination and energy efficiency.

The 4 x 8 black textured wall tile is framed with brass inserts. The subtle texture of the 12 x 18 white wall tile creates dramatic contrasts.

The claw-foot tub, popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, can be used in both antique and modern bathroom designs today.

The round dining alcove has seating for six. The oversized pendant fills the volume of the coffered ceiling and with interest and whimsy. The sliding barn door with black matte hardware closes off the playroom when its not in use.

The butlers pantry is conveniently located between the kitchen and the dining room. Two beverage refrigerators provide easy access to the children and guests to help themselves.

The generous sectional sofa with performance fabric provides ample seating for the family. The large cuddle chair allows mom or dad to read or snuggle with a child. The area in front of the sofa is left open for the children to play.
