SMALL BUT MIGHTY, PRIMARY BATH
AWARD WINNING DESIGN
Strategic design choices transformed this small and drab 34 sq. ft. bathroom into a bright, luxurious space with maximum efficiency, improved functionality and revitalized aesthetics. Soft understated patterns create the illusion of a larger space; pattern play among varying tile materials—ceramic, porcelain, and marble add texture and unexpected shapes, creating a soft wow factor with a neutral palette. An addition of 2’ borrowed from an abutting linen closet created a more spacious shower as well as a nook for 3 recessed drawers tucked between the vanity and shower, maximizing storage and efficiency. The finishing touch of rich crown molding completes the bathroom’s simple elegance
