REIMAGINED SEASIDE CONDO

The original layout in this condo was ineffective and inefficient, with large, angled areas of wasted space. My clients needed an update with more functionality to entertain their children and grandchildren for visits and sleepovers. We re-appropriated spaces, creating a fresh, functional layout with an additional bedroom and bathroom. The end result checked every box of their wish list.
