This renovated Red Bank, NJ condo has panoramic views. The open floor plan was created with the kitchen at the center of the living space. The condo was transformed from a dark, dated and inefficient mid-century interior to a fresh, sophisticated, award winning, coastal contemporary home.

KITCHEN AND CORRIDORS
We removed a wall that closed in the kitchen and blocked outdoor views. The rich marble backsplash over the sink has natural marble variations in a herringbone pattern, adding texture and movement. The refrigerator and dishwasher are integrated into the cabinetry with matching panels.
KITCHEN
The sleek, contemporary stainless steel tile backsplash of the prep counter echoes the stainless steel appliances and hardware. A nonskid runner adds a new pattern and coordinates with area rugs in adjacent open spaces.
KITCHEN PENINSULA
New custom built-in pantries in the hallway adjoining the kitchen add important storage space; LED-lit display areas offer places to display collections, adding interest and color. The collectibles honor the waterside location of the condo.
CUSTOM BUILT-IN PANTRIES
Symmetry reigns supreme in this small dining room. The performance fabric on the chairs echo the blush-orange accents throughout the condo. The contemporary open ribbon chandelier hangs from industrial wires, keeping the view open.
