We were asked to create new spaces in this existing contemporary residence in the Bluffview section of Dallas.

The renovation centers on a cozy sunken family room.

The plan also called for relocation and expansion of the kitchen and breakfast room and the renovation of a suite of guest rooms.

We extended this project to the backyard, with construction of a new pool on the sloping lot and a cabana that provides outdoor entertaining for an active family.
