This 4,500 square-foot house was designed for a very narrow lot without alley access. The owners required a two-car garage that was accommodated by creating a motor court at the rear of the property that also functions as a party patio. The garage doors are frosted glass and blend with the contemporary style of the residence.

The long floor plan has large expanses of glass on either side of the living spaces, making the house feel larger than it is. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a glass wall facing the motor court.

The contemporary detailing is clean and precise on the interior and exterior of the house.
