This single-story traditional ranch house was 2,935 square-feet that we expanded into a 5,787 square-foot contemporary. We added 463 square-feet to the first floor and a dynamic second floor of 2,389 square-feet.

This renovation expanded the home from its original three bedrooms, three baths to six bedrooms, five baths. We also added a new family room, playroom, exercise room and extensive kitchen-breakfast room renovation.
