Toluca Lake Residence

Tucked away on a quiet cup-de-sac, this traditional home was given new life with a complete renovation of the kitchen. Starting with the removal of 2 walls to expand the space, we kept budget and resale value in mind as materials were chosen. The color palate was carried through to the living room and family room in varied hues of blues and greens which keeps a nice flow throughout the home.

The pale blue wall color enlivens the dining area while tying into the gray of the counters and tile floor. A Perennials fabric was used on the chair cushions, and a contemporary lighting fixture completes the scene.
