This Tuscan hillside custom home is the culmination of many years of planning and preparation. It was clear from the first site visit that the ridges and ravines would play an integral part in the home’s design and the two would need to control each other and work together. The uphill orientation laid the foundation for 9,000 SF on nine different levels with an outside Observation Level crowning the top floor. The home’s stone veneer, brick accents, concrete barrel tile, and exposed rafter tails are all testaments to the owner’s commitment to authenticity.
