Looking to design their forever home, the homeowners came to us to create a fun, art-filled space that is designed for aging-in-place. Since they were preparing for retirement, they were very clear about their desire to plan for the future: aging-in-place features such as an elevator and wide hallways and doors are featured throughout the home. Recognizing that plans can change, resale value was also considered: the home is filled with flexible spaces with the potential to flex up to 5 bedrooms if the client ever decides to move.

Equally as important, the home should reflect their funky, eclectic taste in art and love for contemporary design. In other words, it should not LOOK like a 55+ home!
