The challenge was to design a home for a family of 5, that lives big, has style and some “I deserve it features”...within a square footage budget of just 4,250 sq. ft. Combining the kitchen, nook and family room into a large space created an open feeling and allowed expansive mountain views. A large multi-use barn structure, designed with historic proportions, reflects the home’s shingle style architecture. The master suite is a privatized retreat in this 4 bedroom home filled with kids. A private deck with a mountain view and a spa like master bath provide a well-needed respite.
