Heirloom Clubhouse

At just 1,494 sq. ft., the Heirloom Clubhouse serves a community’s need for a meeting place and supports a pool for family use and competitive swim events. The material pallet respects the site’s original homestead history, using rustic materials and shapes from the vintage Colorado high plains farm buildings: metal roofs, stone, timbers and board and batten siding. Atop the atrium sits a windowed cupola, a lantern of sorts that can be seen from many points throughout the community.
