This dessert rancher in Chandler, Arizona is used as a Canadian company's getaway house for their management team and key clientele. With the home used every few weeks by different people, the design had to be unique and immediately communicate to everyone who entered that they were not in Canada anymore. While dessert homes typically are filled with more muted tones, we incorporated bright blues and greens throughout with unique accent pieces and fun patterns on the drapes and bedding.

The home required light renovations as well as full furnishing and decor and was completed on a very tight timeline. 3 years later, the home is still being used regularly and the images from this project are among the most popular on Houzz.
