This project renovated the existing ground floor kitchen and family room, added new flooring. Also, the flooring in the family room was raised to be the same height as in the new kitchen, the gas fireplace included. Pendant lights and ceramic tile back-splash match the vast granite counters tile flooring in the kitchen, creating the pleasing high contrast counter-play with deep stained wooden cabinets.
