OakWood renovated the second story spare bedroom and converted the ensuite into a 3 piece bathroom, approximately 110 square feet. Include was one wall removal for a walk-in closet, new flooring, plaster repair of the wall removal areas, resurfacing of the stunning feature wall to expose old brick, and new painting. A new pocket door entry into the new 3 piece bathroom from the hallway provided additional usability. Also to included was a window replacement in the west hallway and to include new window in west bedroom to match dimensions of existing window in the hallway. Existing hardwood flooring was refinished, and carpet was removed.
