This early 20th century home had been outgrown due to it's compartmentalized rooms and the lack of a master bedroom. A decent sized addition was built at the back of the house making a den/family room on the ground floor and a master bedroom with an en-suite on the second floor. The facade also went through a small transformation giving the old house a new life.
