This project removed the existing addition and build a new single storey addition at the rear of the home 17’-7” out by 16’-10” wide and 16’-8” out by 27’-4” wide with full foundation tied into the existing home. A new kitchen, family room area, master bedroom and walk-in closet, a new ensuite bathroom, stairs relocation, basement and front porch/entry renovations.
