This massive project dates back to 2010, and yet is still one of OakWood's best. The renovation of the existing basement included the construction of a guest room with walk in closet, games room, media room, pool room/lounge with wet bar and fireplace, bathroom, gym and new stairs from main floor to the basement. Main floor renovations occurred in each and every room with the main work happening in the master bathroom, laundry room and mudroom. The second floor renovations included updated bathrooms. The main stairway was refurbished also. The results are stunning, and years later the style is as bold and captivating as it was when done.
