Our client purchased a small one bedroom condominium in the heart of downtown Chicago. Due to the size and layout of the home, we wanted to make sure the bathroom had lots of storage while also preserving the open loft feel of the home. We installed brand new sconces and a semi-custom vanity with plenty of pull-out shelves for lighting and storage while making sure not to obstruct the cement ceilings.

To add a bit of contrast and visual interest to the clean, white bathroom color palette we integrated textured tiles onto the side of the bath and in the walk-in shower floors. This broke up any monotonous feeling while allowing the space to stay simply elegant and having the dark wooden vanity as the focal point.
