Our client had just bought a brand new pool table, which was supposed to be the cause for celebration at his Superball party. Unfortunately, the morning of the party his sewer backed up causing an array of plumbing issues to arise. As it was now time for some major fixing, this client wanted to give his basement a whole new look: high-end finishes along with durable flooring to cater to his 100-pound dog.

We completely redesigned the entire basement layout to open it up and make ample room for his spare bedroom, bathroom, pool table, bar, and full-size kitchenette. The bathroom, which was the main cause of issues, had its code issues fixed as well as redesigned to have a large walk-in shower with slate walls and flooring. The kitchenette, complete with a fridge and sink, was custom made to match the coloring of the new pool table. Last but not least, an additional project we completed was a brand new deck, 12 by 16, that elevated to the second level.

By the end of this renovation, this basement was one to be envied. When the electrician came to give the final inspection, the man was so curious about the flooring and finishes (because he wanted something similar) he left and then returned 15 minutes later remembering he had forgotten to conduct the inspection.
