Contemporary Quarters
This residence includes a main house of 10,000 sf, a 2,200 square foot guest house and barn. The design of the stone fireplace required WR to fashion a custom welded steel carriage to dolly a 14,000 lb. boulder into the house and each boulder was crane lifted into place through the roof. A tailored cherry staircase was scribed into the boulders in the back of the fireplace creating intricate stair tread detail. The residence includes
an indoor squash court and extensive millwork built by our Millwork Division.
