Three Sisters Cottage
Owned by three sisters, this home is up the street from the original family cottage and allows the family to have more room while still maintaining close ties to their vacation community. In order to stay true to the original family cottage, the sisters wanted certain detailsof the original cottage including pine interior trim, wainscot and a custom interior stone fireplace. They opted for some newer, greenadditions like a small solar collector to generate domestic hot water. Wright-Ryan Millwork created a custom kitchen, utility cabinets and bookcases. Because of the homeowner’s association construction restrictions, we performed the work in the specified months. “It was an exceptional experience- really one of my life's highlights- to build such a beautiful home in a cherished setting. A legacy for our family in the community we vacation in.”
