This home was one of the first in the nation to participate in the LEED for Homes pilot program and went on to become the fourth home in the country to receive Platinum LEED designation and the first in the Northeast. It features solar, radiant heat flooring and super-insulation. Wright-Ryan's Millwork Division custom crafted the kitchen from condensed sunflower hulls.
