An update and transformation of a mid-90's built townhouse into a tranquil and elegant space. We removed several interior walls and added a 12' x 8' double sliding door to make the beautiful backyard garden feel like part of the home. The entire main floor was remodeled including the kitchen, flooring and fireplace. Outside, the meranti deck was added along with a new pergola supported by a steel I-beam and steel square tube posts.
