We gave Premier some paint colors from Benjamin Moore for them to match. It
took a couple of tries to get the color that we wanted since they come out a little
different on cabinet door samples. A catalyzed spray is used on factory finishes
because it helps the paint to dry faster and gives a better finish with fewer
imperfections. The idea of the curved cabinets was actually a collaboration of
me and the architect Jerry Harpole. Please mention his name since he was
upset that it wasn’t mentioned in a local publication once. Also, when you say
“recess” it’s a little vague. How about “to disguise the bump-out created by the
new wall of the addition”. Something like that.
