The home that was originally on this oceanfront lot was beyond repair. It was torn down and replaced with a larger home custom designed and built by Patriot Builders. Our client’s goal was to maximize both the usable lot space and the water view. The first floor has a great room – positioned along the oceanfront side of the home – with a coffered ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a more formal living room. A chef’s kitchen is adjacent to the great room. Its centerpiece is a large island in a deep-hued wood which beautifully contrasts the white cabinetry. On the second floor are a master suite, a casual media room with an adjoining balcony and three additional bedrooms.
