Over a stretch of months in the 2014 calendar we worked with our clients and the folks at *Hammond Design to turn a newly purchased condo into their primary residence in the Boston area. They made great use of this space; which overlooks a rooftop park/ pool area and has a beautiful view of the Boston skyline! We started off by making changes to the layout that including the adding, adjusting and relocating of key closets and doorways. We opened up a wall in the enclosed kitchen space adding a “flowing countertop” through it for island seating. Custom work including a built-in desk with a granite counter, closet systems and a glass back splash in the kitchen are just a few of the updated features. New modern finishes like sliding doors, stainless steel trim and LED lighting through only add to the elegance! While we cannot take credit for this client’s superior taste or the designers great eye for detail, we are thrilled with the final results and how everything came together. It’s so satisfying to take an unclaimed space and customize it to the individual needs of our clients so it reflects their personality and lifestyle. Now they can enjoy their “Fresh” Boston pad for many years to come!
